Functional Art, while it is a trend that has been around for some time, it has increased momentum and found its place among original fine art, fine art limited edition giclees, fine art prints and other mediums of art works for art lovers worldwide!

Functional art has also taken residence in small businesses, art galleries, furniture and clothing stores, department stores and malls.

The trend of functional art offers artists a platform in which to incorporate unique one of a kind works into consumer's personal belongings, gift giving, and home and office décor.

Functional art gives us a feeling that there is something right with the world...that a brighter and better tomorrow is possible, and just maybe, that anything is possible!

I believe, that as an artist, it is my responsibility to share my artistic visions and to bring lighter into the dark corners of our planet...maybe even turn on some more lights in those already lit up! The process of creation has no boundaries nor does making a choice that there is light and not darkness and where darkness exists, we can make a difference by choosing to do so.
